Moira's Cafe

Centrally located in the busy Canberra Hospital next to lifts and a carpark entrance, this small cafe runs flat out during it’s trading hours. Working within just a 48-hour window to complete the fit out, a number of elements were be prepared offsite for what had to be an extremely coordinate project. Tradesmen were synchronised and worked non-stop all to not only install pre-made items, but also deliver water and electricity to the space, all in the middle of carpenters, tilers and painters.

The result, an amazing finish delivered on time ready for customers in the space of just two days.
